Barceló Los Angeles Piboine Magariño, Holguín, Cuba, August 2, 1954. A graduate of the Academy of San Alejandro Fine Arts specializing in painting and engraving. Besides his work as a teacher of Fine Arts, has ventured into the atmosphere of hotels and other public spaces and has been a judge at national events. He currently works as a freelance artist in his workshop in Vedado, Havana City.

He has made countless personal and collective exhibitions and his prolific work is part of permanent collections in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Venezuela, Nicaragua, United States, Canada, Italy, Spain, Holland, France, England, Germany, Switzerland and Israel.
